Returns and Refunds Policy
If you have purchased a product and you don't like it or for any reason you want to return it, you can quickly do it within 14 days from the date of receipt of the order (as per current legislation). You just have to send us an email via the contact FORM specifying name, surname and order number.
What to know in case of return:
- The shipping costs for sending the product are charged to the customer.
- Shipping costs for returns or any product changes are charged to the customer.
- The customer can use his own courier for the return shipping costs.
IMPORTANT
It is fundamental for the return and the right to reimbursement that the returned products is in perfect conditions, without any damage, packaging damaged, intact, opened or tampered with in any way. It is recommended to carefully pack the product for shipping!
Once we have checked the status of the product, we will refund the total amount.
